refund policy - general

All workshop/masterclass/class bookings are subject to a 7-day ‘cooling off’ period, where you can cancel at any time and receive a full refund up to 7 days after you have made your booking, as long as the start date of the class is greater than 7 days from the booking date.

• Should you cancel outwith the 7 day cooling off period but more than 7 days before the start of the booked class, you will receive no refund but your account will be credited for use on a future class.

• Should you cancel outwith the 7 days but less than 7 days before the start of the booked class, you will receive no refund and your account will not be credited.

refund policy - 1-1 sessions

sessions not cancelled within 24 hours of the start time, will not be refunded.  These sessions may not be added on to the end of any block booking.

refund policy – missed classes

workshops paid for but missed for any reason will not be refunded. Exceptions may be made depending on personal circumstances, in this instance you may be transferred onto a future workshop.  The decision to transfer or cancel your place rests with us and that decision is final.

cancellation policy

although numbers for our workshops are limited, it is also necessary for a certain level of attendance to be achieved to make the workshops possible.  If for any reason this level of attendance is not achieved we reserve the right to cancel workshops.  Participants enrolled will have their fees fully refunded.

transferring bookings

 participants places on workshops may be transferable depending on the workshop and the ability level of the participants, transfers are purely at our discretion and each case is dealt with individually.
